Important notice regarding import duties
If you're in the EU, UK, or US, you're all set: we will ship to you with no surprise import fees.
If you’re ordering from outside those regions, your local customs may charge VAT or import fees on delivery.
Note: if the delivery is unsuccessful or the package is never picked up, the shipment will be returned to us, in which case you can choose to either pay the reshipment charge or get a refund minus the shipping costs.
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check around your property and with neighbors or your local post office.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Worn Out Vegan is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend using a secure delivery address. We are happy to help investigate, but we cannot offer refunds or replacements for delivered packages.
