Where do you ship from?

We ship from the EU or the UK depending on your country. All orders are tracked. Most destinations qualify for free shipping above a certain order value (shown at checkout).

Import fees: All orders to the US, UK and EU are delivered with zero import fees. For other destinations, import duties are not included and are the responsibility of the customer, though in our experience most orders of a normal size arrive without any additional charges.

Are the products high quality and ethical?

What is your return policy?

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee: you'll get exactly what you ordered, or we'll make it right. Free returns on misprints, defects, and wrong items. Regardless of the situation, we'll try to find a solution for you.
