Everything is made to order, so where your parcel ships from depends on where you are and what you bought:

• EU orders are produced and shipped entirely within the EU.
• UK and rest-of-world orders ship from the UK.
• US orders ship from within the US for the items our US production team can make. Anything they can't produce is sent from the UK, and we cover any US import duties ourselves.
• Small items like sticker sheets are fulfilled locally in the UK, US, Canada, or Australia depending on your country. (Our Australia facility covers both Australia and New Zealand.)

We ship worldwide, and every order is tracked.

Because each garment is printed fresh once you order, delivery estimates include production time. They're based on averages from real orders, not carrier promises.

Your exact estimate is shown at checkout once we know your country, since times vary by destination. As a rough guide, most European orders arrive within about a week, and further-afield destinations take a little longer.

Most customers also qualify for free shipping once their order passes a certain value. That threshold is different for each country and currency, so the exact amount (and how close you are to it) is shown at checkout.

If you're in the EU, UK, or US, you're fully covered. No customs or import fees, ever.

If you're outside the EU, sticker sheets ship separately from garments and travel with their own tracking number. After you enter your order details on the tracking page, you'll see a button for each shipment ("Shipment #1" and "Shipment #2").

Tracking goes live as soon as your order ships. Follow it any time at wornoutvegan.com/pages/tracking.

On that page, tap the tracking number for real-time carrier updates. For international orders you can also paste the number straight into your local carrier's site (USPS, Canada Post, Australia Post, NZ Post, Swiss Post, or Bring/Posten).

We stand by a 100% satisfaction guarantee: you'll get exactly what you ordered, or we'll make it right.

• If your item arrives misprinted, defective, or incorrect, we cover the return and send a free reprint or a full refund.
• For any other reason, return shipping is on you, and items need to come back unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• Everyone gets 14 days from delivery to start a return.

1. Submit a request through the return portal.
2. Once it's approved, we'll email you where to send your package. Include your order number and email so we can match it up quickly.
3. Items sent back without an approved request can't be accepted, so always start with step one.
4. Refunds and exchanges are processed once we've received and inspected the returned items.

Every product page has a fit description and a size guide with accurate garment measurements, so check those first. If not stated otherwise in the product title, our clothing is unisex and true to size. The easiest way to nail the fit is to lay one of your own garments flat and compare the measurements.

Quality and ethics are the whole point. Every garment is:

• PETA-Approved Vegan, verified independently from fibre to finished garment
• Made from 100% organic cotton (GOTS certified) and recycled polyester from post-consumer PET bottles (Global Recycled Standard)
• Tested to STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX for harmful substances
• Printed with non-toxic, water-based vegan inks
• Fair Wear Certified, with Leader status for five years running

We donate 10% of our profits to animal sanctuaries and animal rights organizations, permanently. That's written into how we run the business, not a one-off campaign.
