Notice Concerning the Electronic Withdrawal Function
This page constitutes the electronic withdrawal function (the “Withdrawal Function”) made available by Worn Out Vegan (the “Trader”) pursuant to, and in accordance with, the statutory right of withdrawal afforded to consumers in respect of distance contracts concluded via an online interface, including but not limited to the obligations introduced by Directive (EU) 2023/2673 amending Directive 2011/83/EU (the Consumer Rights Directive) and the corresponding national implementing provisions (collectively, the “Applicable Law”).
By means of this Withdrawal Function, a consumer (the “Consumer”) who has concluded a distance contract with the Trader for which a statutory right of withdrawal exists may, within the applicable statutory withdrawal period, submit to the Trader a declaration of withdrawal (the “Declaration”) and thereby withdraw from the relevant contract, or the relevant severable part thereof, without incurring any costs other than those expressly provided for under the Applicable Law, and without being required to state any reason for such withdrawal.
For the avoidance of doubt, and without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to the Consumer at law: (i) this Withdrawal Function is provided solely for the exercise of the statutory right of withdrawal in respect of eligible distance contracts concluded through this online interface; and (ii) this Withdrawal Function does not constitute, and shall not be construed as, a returns, exchange, replacement, repair, warranty, guarantee, or complaints channel. Any request falling within the latter categories should be submitted via the Returns Portal referenced above.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing on this page shall operate to exclude, restrict, delay, condition, or otherwise impair the Consumer’s statutory right of withdrawal, and the Consumer remains free to exercise that right by completing the procedure below. The availability of the Returns Portal is offered as an additional, voluntary convenience and is without prejudice to, and does not replace, the Consumer’s rights under the Applicable Law. Following submission and confirmation of a valid Declaration, the Trader shall provide acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium in accordance with the Applicable Law.
